mGamer is not a viable money-making option, nor is it worth your time and energy. No offense to mGamer personally but I’m not a big fan of these apps.
Why do I not like make-money apps?
Because the majority of them are fake, scammy or downright liars.
Is mGamer different or are we looking at one of the few good companies out there?
Before I get started I would like to say that mGamer has no bad intentions and are trying to do their best to provide a legit way for people to make money.
Because of the nature of this concept, I just can’t recommend it to anyone.
But allow me to elaborate so you know what I’m talking about.
mGamer Review
Name: mGamer
Owner: Unknown
Price: Free
Type: Completing tasks for money
Income Potential: Extremely low
Overall Rating: 20/100
So what is mGamer All About?
mGamer is the middleman to different third-party companies.
They provide the platform and the traffic for companies that want an opinion, a video watched, a survey completed, a game played, and more.
There are hundreds if not thousands of these businesses all over the web, Swagbucks and Clixsense being two of the biggest.
This is not a new concept, and holds some of the major issues that the more veteran companies hold as well.
Again, let me explain what I’m talking about.
First and Foremost, is mGamer Legit?
Yes, mGamer is a legit app that pays you for completing tasks.
Tasks include:
- Watching ads
- Watching videos
- Playing games
- Completing surveys
- Lucky draw
- Lucky number
- Invite friends
Basically you complete simple little tasks and earn coins.
The minimum threshold for cash is 6700, and that equals $0.50 cash paid out via PayPal.
Otherwise you can save up your earnings to purchase gift cards to your favorite online stores or games.
Of course there are some negative reviews from people that experience bugs and errors, which is one of the major downsides to these types of apps.
And this is across the board with all survey sites, not just mGamer.
Some of the tasks are easy to complete, some may take longer, and some require lots of qualifications before you can participate.
However, I would like to explain why I personally don’t like mGamer or other survey app for that matter.
The Issues
Too Many Bugs and Glitches
One of the biggest issues with survey apps is that you will not get credited for your efforts a lot of the time.
Sometimes you’ll be booted out near the end.
You might get told you don’t qualify even when you’ve nearly finished.
Other times you will finish and won’t even get credited for the work you’ve done.
Some people see thousands of coins in their account but the next day they are completely gone.
Before I started a real online business, I was participating in surveys to try and make a few bucks and would also come across these problems, and they still do them to this day.
That’s why I just don’t see the point in working for hours trying to complete surveys, tasks, watching videos, and half the time never get credited.
Income Potential is Too Low
Income potential is also not the best.
And when I say not the best, I mean it’s a slap in the face for the amount of time, effort and energy put into them.
It might seem like you can make a few dollars per hour by sitting at home and doing easy tasks, but just like I mentioned, the glitches wreck it for everyone.
You get booted out, you don’t get credited, half of the time you don’t even qualify, etc.
When you take into consideration the bugs and the low income potential, you’re looking at $1 – $2 per hour, and that’s being optimistic.
Getting Your Earnings is Shaky
They have no terms of service, so legally they don’t owe you anything and no one can sue them if they don’t pay out earnings.
I can’t say that it’s a scam but a lot of people aren’t being paid out.
They’re experiencing bugs and errors when trying to cash out, which is a huge red flag to me.
This tends to happen a lot with make-money apps that have found to be scams.
Although I have no proof, I can’t say for sure that it’s a scam.
Just know that if you decide to join and participate, your chances of getting earnings are slim.
The Pros
Ok, so now that I finished bashing the hell out of this app, I can’t say it’s all bad.
There are some things that I can’t say about other money-making apps out there, so I will list some of the positives here.
Low Minimum Payout
Once you hit 6700 coins, you can redeem them for $0.50 cash to your PayPal account.
Other apps have a high minimum payout around $10 so that people quit before reaching it and never get to see their earnings.
Refer-a-Friend System
I love referral systems because it allows us to earn stuff on autopilot. In this case it’s 200 coins for every sign up + 10% of their coins for life.
That’s one of the reasons why I love affiliate marketing. All we need to do is send traffic to a product and earn commissions for the sale.
What I Think of mGamer
I don’t even think it’s an okay app, I think it’s subpar.
It takes far too long to make any money, there’s way too many bugs and glitches, and some people are getting their coins completely wiped for no reason.
There are also too many complaints about coins taking too long to build up.
That just goes back to the time VS money thing.
I’ve said it for years and I’ll say it again.
You’re better off working an extra hour at work and you’ll make more than you’ll earn in a week of completing tasks.
mGamer is an OK app with good intentions, but because of the nature of the business model, most people are wasting their time and some may not even receive their earnings.
Legit but Proceed With Caution
Who Really Wins?
When it comes to make-money apps and completing surveys, it’s not you that makes all the money.
You get the short end of the stick.
The ones making all the money are the app creators and the companies providing the surveys.
These companies pay pennies for voicing your opinion, then use the data they collect to make more money.
Data is invaluable to big companies, because it shows them exactly what their target demographic wants.
They use the data you give them to make literal millions.
An mGamer Alternative?
As you know I am not a fan of completing tasks for chump change.
I’m may be a little biased but that’s okay.
You always spend way too much time on your phone for pennies.
It’s not even enough for beer money, in my opinion it’s just a waste of time.
There are far better ways to spend your time, creating an online business being one of them.
I’ve done it all before, I’ve done the surveys, I’ve joined the scams, I’ve done MLM, everything under the sun.
And honestly nothing can beat building a real online business.
It takes a lot of work but in the end it’s all worth it. I now work from home full-time and love every minute of it.
Well that concludes this mGamer review.
