I dislike most internet marketing gurus for the simple fact that they are so generic and only give people what they want to hear.
Online gurus will tell you “easy ways of making money online” but none of it ever works.
They don’t show proof of earnings from their students.
They don’t give the real ways of making money online.
And they certainly don’t care about whether you make money or not, as long as their bank account keeps filling up.
Is Franklin Hatchett one of those people? It appears so, to a point, but I’ll explain more in this article.
Who is Franklin Hatchett?
Franklin Hatchett is an internet marketer and YouTuber from New Zealand (same as me) and has made a good living from the internet.
He has a YouTube channel where he teaches people how to make money online, and have created a couple of e-courses to make additional income.
However, Franklin doesn’t show anything new in the game.
I scoured many of his videos and they are all misleading as hell and don’t work as easily as he makes it seem.
Make money online is not easy, especially nowadays when everyone’s trying to do it.
People can smell affiliate links a mile away, and these days they stay as far away from them as possible.
I’m not saying it’s impossible, because affiliate marketing is how I make most of my money online, but it’s definitely not easy.
Especially not as easy as these gurus make it sound to newbies.
For example: One of his videos says that all you need to do is grab an affiliate link and post it on Pinterest.
There’s no way that works, and Franklin doesn’t show proof that he’s done this same method to make money.
Again, it’s possible but you need a good social media following. As a newbie you have far less chances of getting shares, clicks and sales.
Why Am I Telling You This?
Because a background check on a specific person is an easy way of knowing someone’s intentions and whether or not they are legit as they say.
In saying that, I can’t knock the hustle. Franklin Hatchett is simply using his YT account to send traffic to his paid courses – Savage Affiliates and eCom Profits.
Today I’m going to talk about Savage Affiliates.
What is Savage Affiliates?
Franklin Hatchett is the creator of Savage Affiliates.
It is supposed to be an all-in-one affiliate marketing training to help newbies and even intermediate marketers make money via affiliate marketing.
First and foremost, you won’t be making money from Savage Affiliates directly, you will be implementing the training to make money.
Secondly, affiliate marketing is legit and one of the best ways to make money online. It’s how I make most of my money in the online world.
There are a bunch of ways to make money via affiliate marketing, and Franklin goes into detail about these methods in his course.
Here’s what you’ll get as a member of SA.
Savage Affiliates Training Material
The training consists of many ways to make money through affiliate marketing.
The training is pretty decent, including over 100 training lessons and 30 hours of video training.
This is especially good for newbies but can also be overwhelming if you just skip everything.
Here’s a quick breakdown of the training material inside Savage Affiliates:
- Affiliate products
- Building your website
- Email marketing and funnels
- Clickbank affiliate marketing
- Clickfunnels affiliate marketing
- Amazon affiliate marketing
- SEO Google traffic training
- Free traffic methods
- Paid traffic methods
- Launch jacking and webhosting
Each module will provide video training lessons on that specific category.
If you’re a newbie, I highly recommend choosing one and sticking to it.
It can easily get overwhelming with so many options. When people get overwhelmed, they usually don’t take any action.
It’s best to dive into something and get some real life experience under your belt, that’s the best way to learn.
What I Think About Franklin Hatchett
Franklin Hatchett uses old-school methods to get views on his YouTube channel and so they can eventually buy his paid courses.
The methods he puts on YouTube are old-school as hell and don’t work as easily as they did just a short decade ago.
Franklin hypes things up, he’s clickbaity, and NEVER shows proof of earnings from the methods that he advertisers.
Simply put, Franklin comes up with ideas on making money on the fly, and quickly puts together a video about it.
He’s done no testing to see if it works, as long as it sounds good in theory, he will make a video about it.
This is the reason I dislike most internet marketing gurus, they can’t be trusted.
And this is a common trend amongst them all.
The “Make Money Online Guru” in a Nutshell
Here’s the average make money online guru in a nutshell.
Someone hears that it’s possible to make money online, and they usually get an affiliate link and tell people how they can make money online by buying the course.
They’ll make some money and scale it up with advertising so they can sky rocket their income, now all of a sudden they are making a consistent income.
Since they have more money, they can invest it by staying in expensive hotels to portray a life that’s not actually genuine.
However, it’s the perspective that makes it looks like they are living this great life, so others will join because they want to be apart of it.
Now they’re making more and more money by telling others that they can make money too.
They usually show screenshots of students making money from their course, but 99% of the time that’s their own account from affiliates who have bought their courses.
And now they are well off but at others expense, usually the newbies that don’t know better and buy into their lies.
Are People Really Making Money With Savage Affiliates?
It’s definitely possible to make money with Savage Affiliates, but most people who join will not make any money.
They’ll learn all of the different methods, but like I said, most of these online gurus are in it for themselves and will only show screenshots of their own account.
That means they have made money from people buying their courses, not from people applying the methods they teach.
Yes there are some people making money with SA, but bare in mind that it won’t be easy.
Just like anything worthwhile in this world, you’ll be required to work.
To increase your chances of “making it”, you’re better off sticking to one method and owning it.
Unfortunately Savage Affiliates has many different modules that’s going to overwhelm the average newbie.
What I use has one time-tested, simple approach, that’s bulletproof by all Google updates.
The training I use teaches people how to make money by creating a website around something they love, writing content, getting it ranked in the search engines and making money.
It’s a lot easier to make money because the training is straightforward.
They don’t showcase 10 different ways to make money online, so you can’t get distracted.
Your eye is on the prize the entire time, and that’s how a successful training course should be.
And that’s why I simply can’t see much people making money with SA, especially when most people can’t show proof of earnings.
Is It Worth the $197 Price Tag?
In my opinion I don’t think it’s worth it.
The training is generic and there’s too much going on in one place.
For the average newbie it’s going to be far too difficult to stick to one thing and get traction.
Unfortunately over 95% of people will lose their money, and so I can’t recommend Savage Affiliates as a good affiliate marketing training course.
Is Savage Affiliates a Scam or the Real Deal?
I have no doubts that Franklin Hatchett is making a lot of money, but I have doubts that his students are.
Savage Affiliates is not a scam per se, but it’s definitely not going to work for most people.
The training is okay at best, but you can find okay training for free on YouTube and Google.
The only difference is that’s it’s set out conveniently, that’s what you’re paying for.
However, the good news is that SA is not a scam and you can actually make money if you implement the training and see it through.
My Final Opinion
Franklin Hatchett is your typical online money making guru who makes money telling other people how to make money.
They send them to courses and services and get paid via affiliate links.
Now they can use those screenshots as proof of earnings to sell something else, when in fact they made money off of their audience.
Again, there’s no problem in this but there is a problem when their students are getting the run around, being told all these different methods of making money online but none of them actually work.
That’s what’s happening with his YouTube channel, it’s nothing but click bait titles to get people to watch and hopefully buy his course.
Verdict: His videos are trash, and the course is okay at best.
A Free Affiliate Marketing Training Alternative?
Like I’ve said throughout this article, affiliate marketing is legit and there are millions of people making a good income just from selling other peoples products.
That’s what affiliate marketing is all about, selling other peoples products for a commission.
I have tried many things to make money online, most of them haven’t worked, especially methods like Franklin claims, such as posting links on Forums and watching the money roll in.
This is 2021, it DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE.
However, there are still many things that work, as more and more people are supplementing their monthly income online.
I use affiliate marketing on my blogs to make money.
There’s free training here.
And that concludes my Savage Affiliates review.
Please let me know what you think of this course in the comments below, and I’ll be sure to get back to you asap.
