Scarlet Clicks: Legit But Not Worth Your Time

Scarlet Clicks offers a way to earn money by clicking and viewing ads for a few seconds. While it might be legit and they definitely pay their members, it’s not the best money-making opportunity out there.

But before we get into one of the best ways to make money online, I want to talk about this system (why it’s not unique, a waste of time, and many more).

How do I know?

Because I’ve joined these types of sites in the past.

One was called Neobux which ended up being legit but I was earning literal pennies every single day.

And that seems to be the case with Scarlet Clicks.

Lets get into the nitty-gritty stuff so you know what I’m talking about.

First and Foremost, What is Scarlet Clicks?

Scarlet Clicks is an advertising platform where people can go and get their ads viewed.

They pay Scarlet Clicks money to showcase their ads, and people like you come in and view the ads.

Now most of the advertising money goes to the owners for running the platform, paying members, and profits.

However, you (as an ad viewer) earn the smallest slice of the pie.

You will earn around $0.0001 – $0.001 per ad click.

Each ad will last about 5 – 10 seconds, but the higher paying ads go for 30 seconds.

Now you might think this is a pretty decent earner, and it would be, if only you weren’t limited by how many ads you can view each day.

Below I’ll talk about all the different ways to make money with Scarlet Clicks.

How to Make Money With Scarlet Clicks?

• Completing offers

Click and watch ads

You’re limited to a certain amount of ads you can view each day unfortunately.

However, one way to make more money per ad is to upgrade your membership.

The downside to this is that you’ll still be earning less money than you invested, so it’s a lose-lose situation.

And in my opinion it’s not worth upgrading your membership.

Unless you have an endless stream of referrals from a blog, social media, or other means, you’ll only be wasting money.

So I’m not even going to bother talking about the memberships.

Referrals

There are 2 types of referrals; rented and direct.

Direct referrals are people that you invited to the platform (from using your link).

These referrals are more valuable than rented referrals, since you bought them in, you earn a small percentage of their clicks for life.

On the other handed, rented referrals earn you money from their clicks for 30 days.

Also most of them don’t click everyday, therefore most rented referrals will actually lose you money.

Rented referrals can be a good idea if you can find active ones that don’t lose you money.

Getting direct referrals sounds good in theory, but it’s extremely difficult even for advanced marketers.

Completing Offers

There is the option to sign up to offers for money.

The money you earn from this method is actually better than clicking ads (around $0.05 – $0.50 per sign up), however, some of them require a credit card.

In saying that, the easier (freebies) you sign up to will pay less, while the ones that require a credit card will pay more.

Still better than clicking ads, however, you’re exchanging your time and effort for money, so it’s still not the best option out there.

Scarlet Clicks Traffic Exchange

One thing that surprised me is the fact that they have a traffic exchange.

Again, I’ve done it all so I know exactly how these work.

I’m not lying when I say I’ve done it all (before finally finding something that worked).

That’s why I can speak on these things with confidence knowing what works and what doesn’t.

Simply put, a traffic exchange is a platform where you earn 1 credit for viewing a website/ad.

Then you can advertise your own website/product/affiliate offer using the credits you accumulated.

The problem with this method is that traffic is extremely low quality and untargeted.

The problem: Those viewing your offer are only there to earn credits to advertise their own offer, so they don’t care about your advertisement.

So, while traffic exchanges sound great in theory, they’re very stupid and a waste of time.

Can You Make Money With Scarlet Clicks?

Yes, you can make money with Scarlet Clicks via clicking and viewing ads.

The biggest drawback is the limited ads you can view per day, and the extremely low payout rate.

You’re looking at 1 – 2 cents per day, so you’ll need to click for 200 days to reach the minimum payout of $2.

Personally I think that’s a complete waste of time and energy.

However, there is another way to earn more money with Scarlet Clicks which I’ll break down below.

Can You Increase Your Earnings With Scarlet Clicks?

In a perfect world, if you can get hundreds of referrals through your link per month consistently, you can make a decent passive income.

But we are not in a perfect world.

And most people can’t even get one person to sign up through their link.

Therefore getting direct referrals can be a good way to make a consistent income by doing nothing, but 99% cannot make that happen.

So the other option is to rent referrals.

I’ve done this with a similar site.

Here’s the problem: 33% of referrals barely click, 33% of referrals click once or twice a week, and the other 33% of referrals click every couple of days. So most of the time you’re just breaking even or losing money.

Is Scarlet Clicks Legit or a Scam?

Scarlet Clicks is a legit website that pays members for clicking ads, that is a true fact.

They have no history of scamming or preventing people from getting their earnings.

Also a $2 minimum payout further proves their legitimacy as it’s attainable by most people.

But even though it’s legit, it’s not something I recommend and I’ll tell you why.

Do I Recommend Scarlet Clicks?

That is a definite hell to the no.

Why?

It’s a bad return on investment.

You’re not investing any money, but when you consider the amount of time you’re putting in per day, it’s a bad idea for $2.

Even if they offer a way to invite others for a small percentage of their clicks, it’s far too difficult to get sign ups, especially for newbies.

So no, I don’t recommend Scarlet Clicks for anyone wanting to make money online.

Is There a Scarlet Clicks Alternative?

I’ve done it all when it comes to making money online and there’s nothing I would recommend as much as blogging.

When you own your blog, you have 100% control on what goes on it, how much money you can make, and many more.

Basically the more articles you have targeting low-competition keywords, the more money you make.

A blog with 100 posts will make more than someone with 20 posts, it’s a simple numbers game.
